POLICIES
Full amount of refund if :
-- the book is defective
-- the book has missing page,
-- the book is different as described on our website, or
-- the book is out of stock
$15 handling fee per book deducted from the amount you paid in other cases :
-- ie. you drop the course, you bought the wrong book or edition, or any other reasons
Textbooks are returnable for refund or exchange in the following condition :
-- If you pick up the book in person,
1. Please email us a refund or exchange request within 5 days from purchase date and
2. return the book back within 5 days from your request.
-- If the book was send in mail
1. Please email us a refund or exchange request within 15 days from purchase date and
2. send the book back within 15 days from your request.
Textbooks can only be refunded or exchanged if the books are in mint condition
-- no marking
-- no writing
-- no damage
-- any shrink-wrap packaging intact (ie. still sealed in plastic wrap)
Shipping fee is non-refundable unless the book is defective, has missing page, or is different as described on our website.
Costs associated with return shipment are the customer's responsibility.
-- It is recommended to have a tracking number for your returning package.

PROCESSES
1. Email us a "Refund request" with the following information

-- Your phone number
-- Your email
-- Order number ( This is indicated in the order confirmation email or in packing slip)
2. Arrange a time to return the book in person or send the with "Refund request" back to :

3. If you have a tracking number, please email it to us.
4. When we receive the book, we will refund your fund

5. If you do not receive refund or email notice about your return within 15 days from delivery, please check the status of the returning package and email us.
